Dovich was initially teased as the big bad of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, until they introduced Karli.
I really loved Dovich’s character since they showed that he had more good morals than Karli, but he didn’t act on it and still stuck with some evil acts.
I really just used generic parts on this one. I wanted to make the other Flag-Smashers too, but Dovich had a lot of screen time and I loved the actor’s acting.
