Often, the case with these custom Minifigure accessories is that they’re replicas of existing designs from other smaller brands. So, I did a quick check and found two big names (so far): BigKidBrix and BrickTactical. BigKidBrix’s lightsabers look a bit too different from these, while BrickTactical’s hilts have more similarities, but it could also just be that they both copied the original Lightsaber designs too similarly. However, that whoosh effect might be another design altogether, but I feel this one is generic enough to not be considered a replica of anything; anime katana sword effects have been done a lot previously too anyway.
