Kopf released these Minifigures twice, with the base set not having the Kart builds. I’m not sure though if the Kart version comes with the accessories included in the base set of Minifigures.

This is a huge roster of Super Mario Bros Minifigures and I can’t believe the Lego Super Mario Bros sets didn’t have Minifigures included. At least now, people have options like this from Kopf for their Mario Minifigures.
