This is near the peak of Knockoff, Bootleg Lego Minifigures, lol! However, Big Elephant doesn’t really target countries outside of China/Asia and this is probably more targeted for children who do not care about brands or complete accuracy. Still, some completionists might want those weird variants.
For the typical collector reading through this site though, I recommend that you just pick up the original Lego Marvel Superhero Minifigures right now, while their supply is high and prices relatively low. If not that, then the many different variants of these characters that other Chinese Lego-compatible brands have released in recent months.

Which design specifically? There were a couple releases in the past, but they’re old now and might be hard to find.

No specific design as long as the quality is good. most designs sellers dont sell anymore and the official lego is $70+. I dont want to buy a big set either.
You can try to look for PG070 for a Lego knockoff of that Spider-Man. Or the newer POGO variant, PG2122. I remember the plastic quality being subpar, but the prints were decent, on both of them. I can’t be sure though, but they’re worth the ~$1 anyway, if you can find them
