It’s another Spider-Man suit that’s technically not a Spider-Man suit.
Parts used:
Head – Bombastic Bag-Man (XH1060)
Torso – Coco’s Miguel (PG1215)
Legs – Kakashi (WM2084)
I think other Naruto Minifigures from XINH have similar legs.
